Is it possible to play the game in the country i have go to for a few weeks? I assume the IP will of course be something, i live in EU and the other Country is also EU.
Will the system get me banned? What if i buy a VPN and use my country as VPN?
At the end of the day it is still me, my Steam account and my Laptop, which i’m sure either the game, EAC or even both have access to that info.

If the country you are traveling to is in that list there is not going to be a problem to launch and play Lost Ark.
