I know im really late but i honestly thought it would be rolled out later date but now that i did my own research it seems they already rolled out compensations but i have yet to recieve them

Can you confirm if you are referring to the compensation for the September Update and Server Merges?
Just to clarify that the last Oct updates and the 2nd round server merges are only providing special login rewards.
