Definitely not, as other got it right away as far as I’ve asked around

when the Season end and you are still grandmaster you will get the title
one season is 6 months long

No, You get the Title " Top Of The World" when you hit Grand Master. Im not talking about the rewards I was talking about the title from the achievement

i am having the same problem. More than 2h in Grandmaster rank and still didn’t receive the achievement or the title.
Do you know if it only appears on daily reset?

Edit: I had to queue into another competitive match after hitting GM to earn the achievement.
