Hey i just have noticed my little brother age 10 has take my platinium founders pack on wrong server the secondary founders pack is there anything to do can i PLEASE get it removed there and get new one? Nontradedable one? Please i got him so mad when i found it i was wondering where is it now i realize…!
I think allowing others access to your account is against TOS as well, so I doubt they will be able to help you. I hope they make an exception for you though

Thats why i make new charater on different server so he doesnt screw anything and now i realize he took the founders pack…
Which counts as giving other people access to your Lost Ark account, so potentially not the best thing to mention when trying to get your founder’s pack back.

Also I don’t know what you are arguing with. We just told you sharing the account is against TOS. That’s not something to argue about.
What :Dd account sharing is BIT different than let your kid brother play “cool looking” game for 10min hes not playing lost ark its same thing as i let him play games on my phone sometime hes is kid

Lets say we don’t care about the ToS.
It probably still fall under the category on your own fault.
You should have been more careful with him and tell him what not to do on your PC.

Well either way, looking at AGS terms of use, this line might be relevant. “You are responsible for (i) maintaining the confidentiality of your account log-in credentials and for restricting access to your account, and (ii) all actions that occur under your account, including purchases.”

Whoa, it’s just HIS own brother… Amazon ain’t gonna say that is illegal to let your own brother play on your acc at your PC.
