I keep disconnecting from the game

I keep disconnecting from the game especially when running chaos and guardian raids. I’ve done the song and dance with unplugging the wifi router, checking, my files, and checking my firewall and nothing has worked. I haven’t had this problem before until about a day ago. Now I can’t even walk 4 steps before I’m hit with this message:

Anyone have any idea what’s going on???

yay just hapenned to me to, at the end of argos so i couldn’t take the extra chest and lost i do’nt know how Manny Argos blood
