I keep receiving mail everyday

Hi Lost Ark Fam,

Few weeks ago I start receiving this type of mail 2-3 times a day from different senders that says selling cheap gold blah blah blah. And it started to annoy me. Please help! >_<

sadly, there is nothing you can really do to prevent this from happening, because there is no option (yet) to block in coming mails from other players.

You can open the mail and Ctrl+RightClick on the senders name and report him ofc. That way this account gets reported to the designated team and getting blocked on your account for further interaction.
Afterwards deleting the mail. It became a daily routine for me as well since ~ 2 weeks.

I have provided feedback to the team that better ways of stopping these messages is needed.

Please give an option to block normal mails from people not on friend list

Every character everyday getting spam mails is very annoying. I would like an option to block unwanted mails from people not on my friend list, except system mails. Express mail has a fee so will be harder for bots to abuse, but maybe an option to turn this on/off would be handy. Maybe even add some annoying puzzle popup so whenever sender attempts to send normal mails when receiver has enabled this option they have to spend time and effort.
