I had about 2000 (don’t know the exact number) blue crystals in game, some given as a reward in-game, some bought with royal crystals.
Since yesterday, all of them are gone. I now have a total of 0. I contacted Amazon Games support, they’re escalating the issue because they don’t really know how to solve it.
I’m a bit worried, anyone else experienced this kind of loss? I see a lot of crystaline aura not activating, but this is different here, it’s a loss of currency bought with real money.
Usually when there’s an issue between the commerce and the game server you won’t be able to see your blue gems, aura and the shop won’t work. Could be that.
It seems that the game server stores your characters, inventory and currency (including blue crystals but not royal crystals) and have to communicate with a global server for royal crystals (which are account based), and retrieve the date/hour of expiration of crystalline aura (which is also account based). When the global server is unreachable, both the shop using royal crystals and crystalline aura aren’t working.
Regarding the blue ones, I think it’s server based. I can even get more of them by opening a chest with these crystals for example. So I don’t understand how they were lost, it seems unrelated to the shop server issue, but I may be wrong.
Actually it is related to the shop because the other day when the shop was down for N time both orange and blue crystals were showing 0 along with the missing aura.
If I get more blue crystals while the shop is down, I wonder what will happen when it’s back… will they be merged or will I loose some? Actually, no, I’m not going to try.
When the shop was working again, did you get your blue crystals back?
And yes i did get back my blue crystals as they were in first place.
It’s different thing each time… sometimes only aura works , sometimes only gems are showing, sometimes nothing shows at all.
