I was on my alt T1 and was going to use all my t1 bags of harmony from chicken event and chaos shop but i forgot to use pet and all my bag of harmony disappeared. Then I activate my pet but still nothing appeared in my inventory . I ran all the map to find it but still nothing.
Please can i have a compensation for this unlucky bug.
My character : Blesspath , Central Europe on Calvasus server

There won’t be any way to restore, you made a mistake by clicking your pet in-activate to not collect stuff.
next time pay attention first before opening bags, also double check if you collected the loot.
ingame items, gold, silver won’t be refunded as soon item has been used.
This man said can i get compensation for forgetting to pick up my loot, the west truly is something else

Its not a bug its your fault imo there are 0 chances for get them back.
You are claiming that no Korean, not a single one, has ever said this. Am I reading this correctly? Also did your main get banned? 
I doubt they will do anything.
Same thing happened on one of my Alts.
The fact that you need a pet (which you get for free anyway) to pick up loot should be changed.
What main, in game? No
And koreans wouldnt turn off auto pick up, regional diff
