I was doing one valtan hard gate2 and lost connection, when i got back at the game, i didn`t have my valtan entrace back, could i get back my ticket to valtan hard?

I’m sorry to know that you had some connection issues while in the middle of a Valtan run.
Here’s some information you might find useful:
Pretty much what that means is that if the cause of your disconnection was something that happened on the server side, you’ll get your ticket back within a day.

My whole party got dced yesterday due to a lag spike on SA servers and we all lost our entrace tickets and we didn’t get it back even after 24hrs…It was totally on server side as we tried reconnecting and got back into the game only to see that our entrance tickets have all disappeared into nothing… @Santoryu

basically what you tell me is to sit and wait? tomorrow is a day when we will have much less people to do and fewer groups, making it even more difficult to complete.

There were also other people on the forum yesterday saying the same thing, most of them from SA…Servers were very unstable and people were getting dced and losing entrance to things… It all happened around 2:30 PM server time.

I haven’t received it yet, if I don’t receive it and I can’t do it because I received it too late, will I have some kind of compensation?
I have tickets open with support and just talked to one again and he said that it is still under investigation so I suppose there is still hope, but yeah its getting to the point where it won’t matter. Hopefully this will change the way entry counts work in the future so we don’t get locked out from content because of server issues.
So yeah I guess the weekend doesn’t count as business hours and we will have to wait more. Don’t be like me there is nothing you or live chat support can do to help with this situation, you just have to hope that it gets resolved. Maybe tweet @lostarkgame on twitter, i dont know.

i think that it will be the only way to get something usefull cause 3 days for receving the ticket means almost 0 chances of complete valtan

Its THOUSANDS of people. My whole group had this happen and I am the only idiot posting about it on the forums, the rest of them just put in a ticket day 1 and got a response that the system will give them a ticket for reentry if they deserve it and if it doesn’t come in 24 hours they are shit out of luck. A very vocal minority spends their time reading and posting on these forums I am sure there are many thousands of tickets open about this issue, yet its been 3 days and there has been no updates or communication.

It’s not that they dont want to do anything, its that the fact that anything being done is purely on the side of Smilegate providing compensation or a fix to the re-entry ticket system.
Contacted amazon support and apparently the reset ticket will be send out in 48-72 hours time due to the amount of players are affected. Let’s just fingers crossed that they will send it out ASAP.

lol 48-72 hours… if this is true I am h appy that at least they are doing something but it will be too late as reset happens in 48 hours
