the game dc before take reward from gate 1 . i loggin back but i cant take reward and lost entry.
no ticket in mail for reset entry. help me

I’m sorry for the disconnect during the Valtan Raid.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please remember:
- The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
- Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

Could you please try the below mentioned steps and check if the issue is resolved.
Try adding Windows firewall exceptions manually:
Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the game is missing from the list, you must add it.
Click Allow another app…, locate and select LostArkLauncher.exe, and then click Add.
Once you’ve done that, make sure that Lost Ark has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.
If the issue still persists, Please submit a web ticket using the below mentioned link along with the link to the thread to escalate this issue further .
