So I created a character, put my Founder’s Pack Chest and stuff into my personal storage, thinking it was the global storage and it would stay there, then deleted that character to create a new one, but as soon as I checked my storage, everything was gone.
That was clearly very stupid of me, is there a way to retrieve it?

I’m sorry to hear about your issue deleting the character, and losing your founder’s pack.
The founder’s pack remains attached to your account if you did not open the chest you can still use it on a different character.
