I lost my money for two weeks and no solution

So I purchased a character expansion slot directly from the character selection screen, not mari shop. The system took my 800 royal crystals but did not gave me a character slot. It has been two weeks since I contacted customer service.
They said the dev knows? Yet no solution, no compensation, nothing. This is such a low hanging fruit for them to fix. But they can’t seem to handle this issue in a timely manner. I will not be buying anything else in the future with my money. No confidence in their ability to resolve issues.
I hope you guys aren’t having this same issue. This is one of the several reasons why Lost ark is losing players.
