the game crashed while the boss is almost dead and when i log back in everyone is already got their rewards and i didn’t .

Sorry to know you had issues in the middle of a Vykas run.
We don’t have the option to re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance).
The current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects. Once determined the cause of disconnection was a server-side issue the delivery of the re-entry ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

But what if the person didn’t disconnect finished gate 1, tried going into gate 2 later and they are locked out?
Imagine joining a raid in World of Warcraft, getting a disconnect and after reconnecting you cannot join your guild mates anymore, because “shit happens”.
