I lost valtan G2 rewards

Was in game, then i get a message that the servers are dead even tho they are not,
Lost 2500 gold for my bus ticket and the gold + mats from gate 2.

it almost happened on argos , LUCKY i was able to reconnect (it occurred multiple times), soo after the argos, i did some oreha abyss dungeons (waited a bit of time to see if i would get it again) and i got it , this time however i was unable to reconnect on time and lost a lot . em very sad :frowning:

I’m sorry that you lost valtan rewards, I understand how frustrating this is.

In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Also for the connection if you want to give it a try when you have a chance:

  • Try adding Windows firewall exceptions manually:

Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.

Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.

Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the game is missing from the list, you must add it.

Click Allow another app…, locate and select LostArkLauncher.exe, and then click Add.

Once you’ve done that, make sure that Lost Ark has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

The windows firewall has been done, but i still get the same problem. and em scared to even open the game now, in fear of my acc being locked.

I have not tried the steam tool yet

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.

Click on dxdiag.exe.

When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

Also please verify their Steam files. After doing this, make sure you fully sign out and log back in to Steam, before trying the game again.

Closing Steam completely:

Exit the game completely first.
After wards when you are on desktop check the bottom right corner for the tray icon which looks like an upward facing arrow.
Click on it and you should find the steam widget icon.
Please right click on it and a menu should appear where the last option says exit.
Exit steam in this manner as it force closes all running games properly.

The eac is the easy anti cheat this is a program countering hacking and cheating in multiplayer PC game.
