I made a transaction with a multiboxer, and am afraid of the future of my account

I was going to be a buser for an Oreha raid run. Was going to bus three characters, they paid me together instead of separated, and by the way they behaved I concluded they were clearly multiboxing. I stopped the bus before the first raid and returned the money stating that they were multiboxing and didn’t want to compromise my account. They accepted the money and didnt negate the multibox. Quitted the raid.

Now I’m afraid they’ll see my transactions with them and consider me helping a multiboxer or sth. Got screenshots and made a ticket, but they replied with “this has to be seen by other people, bye” and I don’t know if that other people will reply.

Hey there @Serlu, Welcome back to the Lost Ark forums!

I understand you faced an unusual situation with an apparent multiboxer and you’re worried about your account, we never know what kind of people are we dealing with in online games, even more you folks who do carries or busses. Remember that carrying or Bussing is allowed, as long as there’s no Real money Transfers involved.

I’d recommend you to keep screenshots of every interaction with them so you can back yourself up. As always, we encourage users to take an active role in keeping their accounts safe.
If you haven’t, you can set up Two-Factor Authentication through Steam, and make sure to never accept mailed gold from users that you don’t know or trust.

If you have any further question let me know, have a good one!

@Santoryu wanted to quote you on my last reply

Sorry for the late response here.

here’s some words of caution from our CM @Roxx regarding Bussing.

So, as long as you don’t RMT and follow Roxx’s advice, you’ll will not be banned.

I hope this clarifies any question you may have. Stay safe!

@Santoryu okay, then I shouldn’t have a problem. Anyways, do you think I’ll get an answer from amazon support? They told me this:
"I don’t have appropriate information as of now and I do not want to mislead with wrong answers.

This thing will require investigation so I have forwarded it to the concerned team."

No hate but, wouldn’t have it been more wiser to inspect people whom you’re going to bus?

Their names/roster/engravings maybe gems?

I can’t tell for usre if you’ll get a reply from them or not, as I’m not from from that team.

But as an advice, just like @jbrian881401 mentioned, if you’re planning to keep bussing people from now on, you can check on players before bussing them or receiving their gold, like checking the names of characters arent’ suspicious, their levels and stuff.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help.

Too many things to do already with too little time to be checking everyone I’m paired one by one to be honest. But yeah, I’ll be more careful from now on.

Thanks for your time and work, @Santoryu . I hope they get banned

fair point but I mean it doesn’t take to long and its better to be safe than sorry… Ofc i understand your point! It’s just if we neglect precautions on our part there’s only so much I’m sure the ags/sgs will let slide. Mistakes do happen i get it
