is anyone here having the same issues? game freezes after the tripod studios loading then after few minutes game just crashes. i tried everything. everything works fine until the maintenance yesterday.

Can you confirm if the name of the character is spelled correctly? I’m asking because when I searched for your character on that server I couldn’t find it.

I moved your character to a safe zone, you should be able to load your character with no problem now, please launch Steam as administrator and run a game file verification before launching Lost Ark.
