I purchased Crystalline Aura from the shop, used it, but didn't get the 30 days added to my aura

Basically title. I purchased it a few days ago, (when my aura was still active), used it and called it a day, thinking the 30 days would just get added to my aura. But my aura ran out today, and no sign anywhere of the 30 days of aura that i bought for 420 crystals. Please help.

Please try these steps to confirm it’s not a visual bug ,

  1. Close Lost Ark completely
  2. Close Steam
  3. Run Steam as administrator
  4. Check the game files on Steam
  5. Open Lost Ark.

After this, if the problem persists, you can contact our customer service live chat so that our team can further investigate and if needed escalate the issue to our devs.

fyi when you buy it you have to claim it but that’s only to claim in on that character and it will be send to that characters inventory then you have to use it form your inventory afterwards in case you thought the claim after purchase was the one that granted you the reward its not

Its definitely not visual, i lost the benefits too. When i used the aura in my inventory (after claiming it) there was some error popup, i cant remember what it was, but the aura was never applied, and the item disappeared. Where do i find the live chat then?

Thank you for replying, I’m so sorry to hear that in your case is not a visual bug.

To contact live support do this:

  1. Go to Lost Ark Support.
  2. Select a category, in this case select Technical
  3. Then select an issue, select Something Else as there is no specific category for your this case where you had it and then got an error code.
  4. Now select the option for Live Chat.

Okay so apparently after using the aura on one character (which didnt extend the aura) it appeared in the inventory of a different character. I just saw it when playing my alt. This time using it worked, weird.
