I reached Ilvl 1370 and I didnt got my punika pass its my first time and its a new acc can I get some help?

I’m sorry that the Punika pass isn’t there, can you please when you have a chance Verify Integrity of Game Files:

Also please have in mind that The Punika powepass expired last Oct 26, and can not be recover.
A compensation for the November update hotfix is currently in process and this one include a (Punika Growth Pack x 1). If you haven’t receive your compensation, please be patient and keep checking your email.

Hello Sir, I would like you to inspect my account because I received the pass, but when I tried to use it, it disapeared and I dont have it. Im sorry but my English isnt pretty good neither.
Maybe I just didnt get it in time but I think I did if someone could just revise it for a moment I would be really thankful
It makes me very delusional to get to the corret lvl and cant have a nice alter like I can farm the necesary gold to even evolve a bit daily even if im a noob in the game 
It’s hard to understand the powerpass system.
You use the ticket in inventory then it disappears. You now have 1 PowerPass unlocked for your account.
Go to the character select main screen and there’s a ‘use powerpass’ button on characters when you click them. Press that button.
Inside that new menu there’s a list of available PowerPasses you can buy from left to right, lowest to highest. For a Punika PowerPass you now will select the second from the right. There should be a small number ‘1’ in it. This means you have 1 Punika pass already unlocked.
At the bottom after selecting the Punika Pass, choose ‘Use Pass’ – do not choose ‘buy a new pass’ (I forget the wording).
I know that bro, but I just started playing with some of my friends which already was lvl up and they told me that lost ark gifted a punika pass for the reaper maintenance so I didnt received it . I dont used it neither I just only have my main and cant have any alter I already tried to use it but It just got removed.
