I think I got banned

I believe that I got banned but I have no clue why as I don’t play too much just an hour or less per day. I don’t speak with anyone in the game and I have never bought bot money. Not sure what to do.

I’m sorry you are having issues with the error 10010, this is normally related to the usage of a VPN.

ofc he doesnt use a vpn. And i have the same shit problem as this guys since 7 days and no fix. I got a reply to a ticket where devs asked if i was sure i was not running a vpn. Do you really think people here want to waste time? We are not using vpn and we cant play the fuckin game. Fix your shit.

Sometimes your Internet Provider uses VPNs though. It’s worth to ask them.
Also read that changing away from a static IP Adress can help, that’s also something you would need to ask your Internet Provider.

Go to Windows Settings >> Network & Internet >> Network Reset (at the bottom). This solved the problem.

Also i did CMD ipconfig /flushdns. And turn off the IPv6 protocol.

Please try this steps in order to try to resolve it

Go to Windows Settings >> Network & Internet >> Network Reset (at the bottom). This solved the problem. Also i did CMD ipconfig /flushdns. And turn off the IPv6 protocol.

Accidentally opened vpn, now banned

Can you literally stop those advices? How many time i have to write this, it seems sometimes u dont know the basic of IT. I told many times that with the same pc i connect via wifi the hotspot wifi of my smartphone and i can play the game SO. SO. it MEANS i dont have any kind of problem on my pc and i dont have to follow any fuckin steps to fix something that is NOT related to MY pc but is something that is 100% SERVER side.

Next advice: try changing your ISP because they may or may not use VPN. Yes, pathetic.
