I think we need boss mechanics training room

Here’s my idea, I don’t know if anyone came up with it already, haven’t seen any post about that. Create a room/place similar to trixion or training room/area, where we would be able to train every boss mechanic. It would include a drop-down list of mechanics that we can select and repetitively clear. Option to do it alone or with a party group would be nice too. Whole idea revolves around making people better at mechanics, eliminating unneeded toxicity in party finder groups, and for better health of community. Players who would go on their first clear of a boss/guardian would have a place to practice and learn patterns which they have probably seen on guides, and veterans already would have a place to do quick warmup, if they would need one before finding a group. The possibility to go in with your party would be nice too cause it would help to learn together and we would be able to do mechanics as they are intended to be. Some mechanics you just have to repeat multiple times, wipe on them to learn them and get the muscle memory. I would love some feedback from rest of the community about that topic, have a great day and I wish you the best drop.

I was just thinking about this the other night. It makes a lot of sense especially when there’s so much room to mess up in an action oriented game like this. Also, it would be pretty fun to do I think

in korea there are training modes for people below the minimum requirements to practice their mechanics

Honestly, I think it’s a great idea and wouldn’t be that hard to implement if they kinda tweaked/revamped the character creation part where you get to try out your class and test like only 8 blanket abilities and not really get to experiment that much etc. Kinda put those two system together you can properly test a new class but also try it in a new setting with an idea of how it will feel in the long run.

Yes - I have brought this up to my circle quite a few times.

As someone that is new to the MMO arenas, a lot of these mechanics that might seem second nature to most that are familiar with them, are not to me. Additionally, this would be a huge help for new players that are coming to the game as new players. This would be a huge help to get everyone to know the mechs and understand them, especially when many are afraid to ask questions on the chance they get flamed by some (because some people be like that).

That is nice, but this would be useful for every gate of Valtan, Vykas, and other bosses, so people could train until they are sure they can do this in real fight.

No

It would not work ppl on party finder cant bother to watch a 1 min guide what make you think they will use this to practice

it would help people who would like to actually get better and learn mechanics. Nothing will help people who don’t want to read guides.

Not training room, just a mode in raids, Training > Normal > Hard. Where in training you lose no durability or potions and can do it as many times/week as you like.
