I triggered "Great Success" on special item during crafting in stronghold, but didn't get any extra items

I triggered 2 great successes while crafting “Feiton Archaeological Site Map” but didn’t receive any extra items in my inventory or mail. Feiton Archaeological Site Map is listed under Special items in the stronghold crafting workshop.
