Too many people had the reward of 10/100 pheons depend on the number of characters. I only want the same. Im a player with 6 characters. I play the game as the people who connected in the morning. Why i cant have my pheons too?
I want a proper explanation and a proper compensation for this fails to the comunity!

Same. I’ve got 10 characters and only claimed 20 before before work.
I’ve 9 toons and I logged about 15~20 mins before maintenance and didn’t get any mails to claim 
And they took my “regular” status here in the forum bc I didn’t shut up lol

This is one thing I’m suprised about, I mean you made an oopsie, just let everyone that had characters get the 10 pheons per character (just do the maintenance to fix any exploit of making new characters, etc.). So what if everyone got 10-240 pheons, it was an oopsie moment. Most companies just let it go thru.
I want my pheons back too, and do not give the pheons to the players who claimed the pheons from mail.
