I was kicked out of a Guardian raid by a bug at the end when souls dropped. These seems unfair and I am having a very difficult time trying to report a bug or get my drops/rest/Guardian soul chance back. Not sure what to do or how to even contact properly any advice would be appreciated, this was frustrating.

Are you sure, that you got kicked by a bug and not by player vote?
It has come to my attentiont, that with all the “trying to force people to use battle items”, the exact same narcissistic people have started to warn and kick spam people, who do not follow their orders.

I am sorry to hear about you getting disconnected during a run and missing out on the rewards but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
