If i ask someone to buy a powerpass for me, in exchange of gold in game, would that be considered RMT?

Lets just say I live in a country where our currency is VEEEEERRYYY BAD in comparison to dollar/euro, so buying a powerpasses with real money is pretty expensive.
so, a punika powerpass is 5500rc, if i ask someone to buy me a powerpass in exchange of gold(5500rc worth of gold), would that be RMTing ? @Roxx
if there is a smallest chance of this getting me banned im not gonna do it cuz i dont wanna lose my account, thanks.

It would be cheaper anyway to buy the 600 gold lvl 50 - ilvl 302 character at the stronghold and upgrade it to 1302 manually with the honing buff… As a comparison 1100 RC is 11 euros which is way more than 600 gold ingame.

should it be considered RMT of course not, but Amazon is more concerned with banning real players than whales/streamers/and bots. so prob best to not

First of all, powepasses probably wont be giftable.
If they are not, how ppl gona buy you powerpass other than log in into your account and probably scam you?
