Unfortunately not, if you used your express pass on a character then you boost that particular character and and the express pass can not be used again for a different char, my apologies for any inconveniences this may caused to you.

Ah fair, I guess the same goes to the 960 powerpass that I used on it?

No,

I mean, if you used the powerpass to boost a character then you can not used it for a different one. Sorry for that.
