I would like to know if it was possible to change my account from EU Central region to EU West, because when I started playing there was no EU West yet

If you mean that if the region transfer of the character you have in central EU can be made, unfortunately it would not be possible since there is no option to make such a transfer.
In that case, if you want to play in the US West region, you would have to choose that region and server from this one, but create a new character from zero.

Yeah i understand and have no problem, but the question is. I spend 20€ with my charater in the Europe Central because i thought the other one didn’t open. Is there any way I can try to help?
