I’ve gotta say this was the worst possible way to handle things… and some kind of compensation that goes out to everyone (for the downtime) won’t change that… either you’ve gotta let everyone have stuff or no one… I’m guessing they couldn’t figure out a way of making people’s pheons go negative… but not just removing the exploit (if such a thing really existed) while still allowing the existing characters to claim the mails is just so damn rude.
Well, think of it this way
Most of the people who got those pheons probably spent them on stones
Think of how many people got nothing but spent gold with those pheons
Should make you feel a bit better
Imagine 1000 pheons for those who didnt recieve or claim the mail

With that logic, I’m sure you also blame other service representatives for doing their job and enforcing decisions and policies made by those far higher than them
If they have any attempt at a good faith solution, 100x pheon, 20x battle item box, 14 day aura extension at the very least
its 16 battle item chests, not 64… the 4 battle items chest name is because 1 of each of the 4 battle chests came with it (1 pot, 1 grenade, 1 utility, 1 buffs)
Not only that, but the people who got the keep their pheons also get to keep the new compensation rewards… :)))))

I would only make a minor adjustment to this. “If you claimed more than 240, then take away all the pheons you got from the email”.
People exploiting everything are the problem.
SA doesn’t get regionalized prices because of this kind of people, for example.
Whats even worse, is those who already accepted the mail, get to keep everything and will receive the so-called “make-good gift” even if it is the bullshit of x2 aura and vitameows
Well atleast give us “selectable legendary card pack” . I m not sure they are able to see who got the pheon and who is not. If they are able to know that they could provide more to those unlucky ones who could not online at the time ( includes me )

That’s how it should be honestly. Fix the exploit only send CURRENT characters and give it to everyone instead of punishing people that couldn’t claim. And the make up gift will be 100% be everyone which is just not fair. @Roxx

Players who already got to claim their hundreds of pheons will still get the compensation, what a fucking joke
But having the players argue amongst themselves means that you have less people focusing on their own incompetence (AGS).
Not really thought out at all.
If they could remove pheons, they would have done this already as that’s what the down time was for. They clearly couldn’t do it so just claimed to let ppl keep them.
Any compensation we get, good or bad, you’re just going to have to live with the fact that other that claimed are going to get it too.
That being said, anyone claiming more than the chars they have would have been exploiting and those ppl should get atleast a few days ban as they would have know it was an exploit.
