Although the server locks are not the ideal situation they were the most logical. On one hand you will have players upset they can’t play with their friends, on another hand you’ll have players upset about 20k queues, and lastly you’ll have founders locked out of the servers they started on due to new players flooding in. (Not her advising for payers getting special service that’s just a realistic situation that should be acknowledged). So the server locks solve 2/3 of the problems. Now the players concerned about not playing with their friends may not be aware but there are already systems that are in the game that can help resolve this issue.
All end game content is region wide, from pvp to pve. If your concern is that you cannot quest with friends it’s ok. Lvl10-50 in this game is basically a tutorial to get used to the game systems. Yes for about 20-35 hrs for the avg player will take you to get to 50. But after that the rest of your game play can easily be done with friends. Obviously the situation at the moment isn’t the most ideal, but do not allow rage and lack of knowledge stop you from enjoying an amazing game over issues that aren’t as major as they seem at the moment.
