i have paid 0 dollars to progress my main at 1510
i bought the 10$ crystal pack 8 months in to buy accessories for 2 characters
blue crystals which i could have bought easily if i just waited 1 week
i’ve bought both ark passes
both were used to progress my alts
i swapped main on valtan
0$ to progress my main and i’m ready for g6 blreshaza if i get lucky with clearing g1-g4 and have enough materials saved up to get a 1460 reaper when she comes out
someone paid
i didn’t
the game is free
and if you choose to be f2p you can be f2p and competitive EASILY
we’ve gotten so many FREE pheons that if you played 1 character you could have gotten a 9/7 at this point FOR FREE
don’t bullshit people
i have worked on p2w games i know what p2w looks like
this game even though has p2w in no way forces you to pay for anything to enjoy EVERYTHING
you don’t even have to sell your soul to play this game to be competitive
as there were people ready for hard vykas F2p on week 1 playing only 1 character

You don’t have to outright immediately quit to show dissatisfaction. The accumulation of bad PR will show up when after a few big titles come out and players see another game that tickles their fancy and they don’t hesitate to drop lost ark on it’s head.
Usually things like this with an MMO are a slow bleed and that’s been absolutely the case with LA there already isn’t more than 100-150k peak players and that’s been steadily dropping every time AGS does something new stupid.

How many alts contributed to your 1510 main? what ilvl does your other main have now?
$10? the pack of 400 BC, right? for ur 2 alts’ accessories? so u spend less than 60 pheons for 2 chars? Doesn’t 1 char need 125pheons for jewelry?
what’s the point of that video? mvp in a raid with ilvls lower than you automatically puts you in the top 4
All my pheons went to stones: 43 for main, 22 on the alt bard, for a 7/7. Finished.
To gear up the other alts I had to buy them: the more gold you spend in currency exchange for BCs, the less gold you have for honing; so, you always fall behind, compared to those who can buy them infinite times
Of course the game pushes you to buy, but you can play just fine without buying anything…I’ll go back to not spending a penny as mentioned above, as I did at the beginning.
However we are digressing.
The topic concerns the desire to continue playing despite the bad organizational management.
A person can like the game but be dissatisfied with the management of the upper floors: and he/she is entitled to complain. If these complaints fall into oblivion and are not resolved, yes, that is our problem as much as theirs.
It takes me about 50k to get from 1460 to 1475 on my alts… that honing session got me to realize when i was spending about 50-100 bucks a week i was hitting all kinds of hones and getting so many gold portals in chaos and all the goodies. I’ve stopped putting money into the game to see how it would behave and let me tell you, the game started to behave completely different 7-10 days after ive stopped using my money… no relic accessory drops, crazy amounts of gold just to hone alts alone, my main character (1500) does not hit one piece at all unless i stop and blow another 50k-100k gold cuz every piece is pity. Meanwhile i see all of these streamers just hitting away +21’s frequently every 2 to 5 taps. Hmmm, let alone pheons, just to cut a stone youll blow 100(come at me pro luck andy’s). Games is clearly catering to the vips and big whales, take it in or not idc. Repetitive game and now catering to the rich and beloved of the community. See ya!
This is a false dichotomy. You can enjoy an activity and still be dissatisfied with aspects of it.

i played 2 characters no rest 2 characters on rest
i’m currently playing 5 only 3 seriously (including my main)
i made my alts initially only for unas
i wasn’t doing chaos or guardians on them until i got to valtan
then i switched mains and started playing 2 characters without rest until i got my new main to vykas
after that i started playing 2 more characters on rest until i got to vykas hard
after that it was however i felt playing
if i felt i wanted to play more i played more
i’m currently playing 2hours a day when im not doing raids
i can finish all my raids in 2 days
the lvl 50 10$ pack for BC it was 2.8k i think? it got me a 4x3+1 on the Alt SH and 5x3 on my first main
the point of the video is that the dude is not using AH has 4x3 and has achieved MVP
i also spent a shitton of pheons on purple gear back when we had only argos because silly me thought they would be feeding us pheons consistently (silly me)
i have 3x 5x3 characters
1x 4x3+2
1x 4x3+1
and an alt with 3x3+2 that im replacing with reaper these days
im 1510, 1480,1470,1457, 1447
i have Ambush master Stab status Barricade and RE at +12
and the SH and the main now have pvp setups
the topic concerns the crybabies in forums throwing a tantrum over not being able to play a game for 6 hours
it talks about people acting like the world is ending over a game
it talks about that if people actually believed the shit they were throwing at the wall they shouldn’t be playing (because if you buy shoes that break apart in 2 days you are not buying shoes from that store again) yet these people keep playing
some there is some serious incongruence between what people say and what people actually feel
if the servers shut down for 2 days and your weapon goes poof thats a reason to go go off rails
an unscheduled maintenance for 6 hours from which nobody loses anything? and you go off rails? might need a psychologist for that
the fact that you and several others like you think that THIS is why people are upset about, clearly goes to show how clueless you are. The funny thing is people like you get exploited all the time and you accept it as norm and do not voice your opinion because “ooh its not the end of the world !!!” mentality of yours is why companies like AGS/SG gets away with the atrocities they have done so far. Because to AGS/SG they know, they have bottom feeders like you that will cling to the bottom of their shoes and keep on praising them no matter what they do. Imagine what world we live in where no one is allowed to voice their opinion when someone royally fcks up and instead of fixing the problem, because its going to cost a lot, they just decide to drop the ball. And shills like you just blindly accept it, because OMG ITS A FREE GAME, CHILLAX BRUUUH , AGS/SG HAS TO PAY FOR THE SERVER !!! OMGGGG GIVE THEM A BREAK BRUUUH !!! You didn’t get there on free pheon unless you were very lucky, and that luck can’t last as they don’t give out much anymore. Someone paid for your account, whether it was you buying crystal packs or someone that paid on your behalf when trading their royal crystals to you.
For my account, I’ve literally paid $0, none of this “$0 except…” stuff, but I’ve gone through several hundred dollars of someone’s money when considering the blue crystals I’ve used, more than I spent in total on WoW subs. I’ve never played a MMO that cost as much to play as this one, it’s very expensive.
It’s not really free2play, it’s more like beg2play, where you get someone else to pay for your progression if you don’t pay for it yourself.
Or do like I do. Become a 100% FREE TO PLAY. Never spend a single penny on a game which their main target it’s your wallet.

Well the patch notes is awesome. All the people that voicing their extreme dissatisfaction is probably back to voicing their satisfaction now.

Well thats not completly true …
I mean the more bad revenue and bad decissions , reviews , hate etc stack the more people are going and less new player are willing giving it a shot. Its Downside circle and really hard to change.
Maybe spending habits got already worse , playerbase is way less forgiving , and everyone is on the edge of quitting …
So even if we still stick around here and are running in their hamsterwheel this kind of mmorpg is doomed anyway because there is just no recovery
