I used to hear take your time on this game or you’ll burnout then it’s you’re late now, you have to be 1460+ in your roster to have enough gold to gear your alt…
Pheons is a real problem because it screwed the economic system in a game build on farming gear…
If there’s no pheon, people could easily buy low accessories to be optimal.
Optimal gear will be sell more expensive because people will have more gold to buy it later and be gear how they can with poor gear…
And stop saying if you can’t afford it, the game isn’t for you because if people quit the game one day they’ll stop developing it for Western people…
There’s a lot of solutions to make a win-win:
Remove pheons on sending to our roster
Remove pheons on legendary and epic items
Like that pheon is really to get to the end game gear
I wouldnt mind if you at least can earn Pheons in some way. It wouldnt hurt AGS/SG or the game in general to give players the ability to earn them through activitys.
I played since day 1 and have a roster that i would consider pretty decent with 1 x 1495 , 1 x 1480 , 1 x 1465 , 2 x 1445 , 1 x 1400 ,1 x 1385 and 1340. So i my gold income per week is above average. I geared the ones with 1445 or above with at least 4x3 and no way on earth could i defend this stupid system.
Pheons doesnt add anything to the game besides limiting a player. You can sit here all day long and be delusional but that doesnt change the fact that the system we are talking about is not good.

Well you get 65k raw gold from 6 1460+ alts. No one opens boxes btw only vykas hm last box maybe. It’s 0 cap you just don’t bus enough
Assuming you rotate with a friend to carry any weaker chars to moon solo, you can do 6 duo argos buses (unless you have a support in your roster). I personally do 4 duo buses since i have two supports in my roster. Thats 6x4500 = 27k g
My guild even rotates weaker characters + strong character for Vykas NHH buses now. Usually 5-6 characters and do NHH bus. Assuming peak of 6 - thats 30kg in bus gold.
I personally don’t do Valtan buses but my guildies solo valtan normal on main (7k gold) and 4p valtan HM on alts. Thats about 12k gold from valtan buses.
65k + 27k + 30k + 12k = 134k in raw gold. Add unas on top of that. Then rest of the gold is in whatever you get (auction house splits from bus buyers bidding crazy on vykas mats, leg books, leapstones, drops, etc.) in the week.
You don’t have to play 6hs a day to earn this gold either, I just do my weekly buses, rested chaos and thats it. I’ve stopped doing guardians as well since greater leapstones are worthless and the relic acc drops are way too rng
I put a top line value of 150k g for those who are truly tryhard. I personally don’t bus Valtan
I gave two exceptions ; new players need pheon injection and stone rng needs to be reduced.

Oh it has plenty to do with Pheons. Sometimes there isn’t any +3/+3/Stats item at the AH and you could buy some +2/+2, +2/+3 at 100gold just to get your engravings at +2 waiting for the last +3 item that’ll come in the future perfecting your build. But with the Pheon cost ? No way, better struggle with your random engravings’ item until you get that perfect item, which will very likely cost somewhere in the thousands of gold anyway.
why would you buy a non BiS accessory that won’t have the points needed to finish a build? that is a waste of money even before the pheons lol, this is a good example of ‘made poor decision’
+2/2 and +2/3 are useless, it is content that isn’t used period lol, you can make a 3x3 with just the stone alone, cheap books and run Argos/abyss dungeons for accessories with zero pheon usage…
no1 is going to spend gold on some trash accessories to use for a little while then spend gold again to replace all of them in the same week even if there were no pheons tied to it
6 1460 alts LMAO, is that all? Even then that’s well short of the gold estimates including life energy, una’s, and the not quite garbage accessories I might find.
Some people told me 6 1445 alts is well over 120kg with bussing. I think people are just buying boxes still (which isn’t worth it for the most part) or they aren’t doing bus runs since they think bus=no life.
But bus is quicker than just pugging it if you’re a good player that plays with other good players. So I don’t know why they are flaming bussing as no lifing when I’m finishing runs faster than your average pug by bussing

Don’t need roster of 6 alts of 1460+ for to support pheons. People here said 1370 is enough. Also if you read my post I say new player need at least 300-400 pheons in mokoko challenge
No you had to play 6+ hours a day to at least reach the point where you have 6+ chars at 1460. You nolifed the game to the point where you comfortably sit on your high horse and 3 hours a day would be enough. This is assuming I actually believe anything you said

In no way a game that bussing is more then extra income can be anything else then unhealthy. Not everyone is a tryhard nor should they be nor is anyone including Sg and Ags expecting them to be.
