Ignea mount dash is a 10second cooldown.... WHY? Cloud is 5

So I have a cloud and a mount that I farmed my ass off for months that is slower than a p2w cloud?

Can you please make the mount a 5 second cd like it logically should be? I’d like to ride it over crippling my progress.
