Ilvl 1415 and the pros and cons of leveling above or not?

so i got curious… seeing as the cap to get gold from the hard dungeons in Oreha is 1415, will this mean as soon as i get 1415 ill end up being locked out? or am i able to keep myself at 1415 and run Oreha hard for gold while also doing the normal Valtan raid until i feel like i can push to 1445? as of now, gold has not been a lucky thing for me, and ive been down the dumps when it comes to terms of upgrading and luck…
as a player who prob gave this game around 700-1000 USD/Euro of my own money to get through, i still never managed to get as high as everyone else due to shit luck.
not only that, but i waited at 1370 for friends to get up the level of doing argos, hence i didnt start with argos until last week… my motivation was way off after my friends got past 1370 and went without me because they couldnt handle waiting for me to wake up, and were basically online all day…
the platinum packet itself was never tradeable for me either, so i could never trade off my mount or pet, only skins which honestly looked garbage (lawmaker)

So my question right now is… after spending this long time… am i able to get to 1415 and keep doing Oreha with normal valtan for an even more substantial amount? or am i locked out of Oreha gold after the 1415 cap?
any 1415 that could confirm this or anyone that tried already?
is there any other way of grinding gold other than running chaos gates, chaos dungeon (with aura and good luck), procyon pass, abyssals, Argos and Valtan? notice im talking about direct gold farming (ie. unknown island for 20 gold per, but a decent amount than this seeing as this is meant for a ilvl 460).
my Ilvl atm is currently at 1401,8

For main as many Ilvl as possible 1490 now or 1560 next week
For alts i think parking at 1400 is reasonable or 1385 for support.
Unless you want to do 2-6x Valtan in a week.

After 1415+ oreha HM only worth for GHL no gold gain

You won’t get gold from oreha but you can still run it to dismantle the mats for leapstones
You will get more una tokens from weekly = more gold and gold from valtan if you can clear it
You will also be able to get relic drops which is like playing the lottery
Most are junk but you might hit the jack pot with a BiS relic and make huge gold

The gold you get from Valtan > gold you get from oreha hard.

If you can do it, push to 1415 especially on your main.

Your alts can park at 1370 - 1400 for now if you wish

mmm no , its not a matter of luck your being behind … is for really dumb things like this one .

As for the question … valtan gives more gold than abyss … not to mention you get an extra big chest from una quest that is more than 1k extra gold

There edit additional answer just to make you happy

After reading everything… what I will say is… go find another group of friends

You waited for them and they just abandon you.

Tbh just go 1415, and go do Valtan. I forgot if it’s 2.4k or 2.7k gold, which is 100g difference or the same as Argos P3.

Good luck my man, go find a good guild too, it helps a lot

so far these are my main alts atm (gunlancer is only for pvp atm, and intend to keep it that way until he is nerfed for good lol)
gold on the other hand is hard, seeing as im down to less than 500 gold atm and screwed up my mains engraves (atk power red. 2) as the whole system is a shitshow when it comes to managing your gear through auction house… and my A.D.D aint making it easier

im hoping i might be able to hit 1415 next week or the week after due to doing argos… but so far ive never had a group to T3 or even T2…

You spent that in the account and this is the result O.o ? wow hahahah . And for some reason you created a legion of alts just to let them at t1 … nice … wasting money for no reason . And the very few in t3 not even at 1325 to at least get some gold return … but yeah , its your lack of “luck” the one resposable for being behind hahaha .

yeah, i can prob say i lost about 200 hours due to familiy related events coming up after about 80 hours ingame… where basically the whole world came down on me and my family.
otherwise ive basically lived ingame until about 2 weeks ago where i kinda felt a bit burnt out.
as of now, im just prioritizing pushing 1340 for the 2x weekly runs. aswell as pushing for t3 farming for my main.
the main problem atm is 1: gold, 2: greater leaps.
its come to the point where im considering running infinite chaos for greater leap buyouts

My advice is try to maximize the events, we had great event from Naruni event + casual guardian and now the chicken island which gives heaps of materials both main and alts (more for alts to push to 1370 with tome book)

Doing infinite chaos dungeon can be boring but it’s up to you, another advice is focus on una task that give Great honor leapstone for main (some give 5 some 4).
Good luck

This the problem… because F2P players generate gold from una task weekly + island event + trading AH, some rapports / art collection and ultimately weekly Abyss dungeons (legion raid) up to 6 characters can generate gold from legion / abyss dungeons.

F2P who reached 1490 by now must have multiple T3 chars who actively running Argos otherwise swipe to buy more mats.

As for original OP statement oreha hard only worth doing for GHL if he reach 1415+ for now it’s still worth farming abyss dungeon for all his T3 chars

Note: i don’t have that many time to play due to work so i am happy to swipe to reach higher ilvl

yeah, i usually use those events to push myself. as of now i pushed my alt (glavier from 1302-1340 during this weeks wild wing.
my goal is to get my destroyer to 1340 aswell, while also hoping to get the deathblade there. the striker on the other hand isnt that big of a deal, but ill get it to 1340 sometime.
the main goal here is to get both normals for 6 characters (Hard for main ofc), while also being able to push main or alts while im low on greaters.

i dont mind infinite chaos, but id love to have some math of how long or how much it would cost me to make all 99/99 tbh.
the greater leaps is all i really care about at this point, if i feel like it ill probably push for more if possible later.
ive done all dailies unfortunately aswell as weekly on all characters, so thats out of the question for now. otherwise i just main the highest leapstone rewarding Una dailies.

thanks. the main question in all of this is if i`d be locked out from Oreha at 1415,0 or if i would need 1415,01 to get locked out. hence im considering just staying at 1415 when getting there.
can someone also confirm if the legion raid stacks with oreha? iow… if i did Oreha before getting 1415 in the same week, will i still be able to do Valtan? (f.ex just like Normal mode Oreha locks you out of Hard mode)

I’ve survived reaching less than 100 gold… and that is hardcore pushing but I had backup gold (sell whatever trash you can find such as life skill materials… but i think this is considered rage honing lol)

But if you really want the most logical reasoning, I would say stay at 1400 then, and just do Argos P3, while you build more alts for more passive income. This is the most beneficial route in the long term, provided you have a lot of patience.

The most risky move you can do now is to push 1415. You’ll feel really broke and that is the path you choose. I’ve been there, done that :… because I got no patience too xD

Just go get a guild man, see area chat, look out for those active ones, looking for 1370 or 1400 above.

1415 will lock you out, 1414.9 and below to not get locked.

guild leader here lol. im in a guild with Irl friends, hence im staying. ive been trying to get recruiting, but i dont wanna be one of those people who spam chat with “Join this and that guild, level this and that for a nice talkative community and fun, etc.”
whenever i see the guild recruiting messages in area chat i feel like they are way too tryhard lol.
thanks, that made me a little less craving for 1415 lol. if im locked out for the double gold at the exact level, then i might aswell just stay for almost the same amount and work on my alts like you said for now.

Oreha, Argos and legion raid have different lock out…
Especially for legion there are 2 gates which is unique lock out different than oreha and Argos.
If you are tight on gold / not pushing then stay in 1400-1415 is a smart decision.
Get the free mats from daily activity chaos dungeons/ una task / guardian and save up some gold for honing that’s my advice.

1415+ is if you want to experience Valtan if you are not FOMO then take your time

feeling the pressure to get to 1415, but then again… thats another goal from 1415 to 1445, then 1445-1475 for the chaos dungeon… so i think ill do the smart choice and earn some gold and sell + earn more mats for later once i feel ready. i should prob get all 6 alts to 1340 atleast first, then from there see if ill push 1370 with all of them before pushing my main further.

I reached 1415 simply for the daily bonuses and new unlocks, but I decided to skip Valtan for now because I’d rather avoid wasting time trying to find parties and wiping for 8 hr sessions. I have alts to grind :joy:

My plan is to gradually upgrade my alts until I can do P3 Argos on 6 characters with Oreha, then I’ll focus on Valtan. I was about a month late to Argos anyways so I’m taking my time. Just play the game and have fun. Valtan will always be there.

Your best course or action right now is, slow push your main to 1415 through, running weekly Argos and oreha, with the help of challenge guardians and wild wing island event.

After pushing your main to 1415, you should focus on getting up to 5 more characters to 1370+, more if you have the time to play them, less if you do not.

Having your main and 5 other 1370+ alts will generate a lot of resources and income for you. Through their own Argos and oreha runs, chaos and guardians daily.

For these 5 alts you want to see which ones you’ll be looking to push further. Those you want to do your leapstone dailies. Personally I’m lazy so I just do feiton dailies for less but faster. Since I have multiple chars to run a day with limited time.

After you reach that point of 1 1415 main and 5 1370 alts, you’ll realise that you’re generating more and more materials a week which will help you push your main further.

Your goal from then will be trying to reach 1460. It will be doable but it will take time, there is not reason to rush it.

The reason why you’re pushing 1460 is, when Vykas comes out, you will have honing buffs from stronghold to push 1415.

And all the alts that were running chaos daily and doing leapstone unas, you will see thousands of GHL in their inventory. And you can freely pick and choose which one you want to push next and slowly bump them all up to 1415.

I hope this helps you plan out your next course of action. This advice is probably not for FOMO players but players who want to have the best experience in the long run. You might be behind on content for weeks to a month. But your experience as the game goes on will be very smooth, especially kukual and beyond.
