Some people pirchase stuff and have subscription on the game, they’re not f2p. They have the right to demand compensation.
But I guess this is another loastarkgamer troll and bait post that creates dissent in the community which was (again and again) allowed by the mods 
I guess OP has never played a generous game before where the devs respect your time and offers compensation for when that time is inconvenienced…
the game is a service that AGS is providing, hence the demand for proper service to a customer. F2P terms means absolutely nothing. I know it’s a hard concept for highschoolers to understand yet. But that’s how the real world works.
Who do you think are these “other” players providing you “whales” with these materals you whales simply don’t care to farm for but simply buy with your wallet?

What if you have Crystalline Aura?
If the game had problems and was down for 1 day and you lost 1 day of the crystal aura, then you can demand to get back the lost day. but not because the game “only” didn’t work for 1-2 hours. it depends on the extent of the problem
