The game is here in the west for roughly 9 months now, they are working on all the issues you state. If you dont have the patience you are free to try another game. However, keep in mind all those issues are very common in every single F2P Mmorpg.
What is the point of QoL if servers are unstable and auction house is not usable?

Yes i got mad, and when they issued their apology and comepnsation and found exactly what is going on, i changed up my mind, and understood what is really happening.
No such game has those issues? Have you played any other MMORPGS? All of those games have issues like that, we are literally getting huge patches every month. We are playing on a “Frankenstein” version of the game, it’s obvious that some issues occur.

you changed your stance because you got “what you wanted” which is the free pheons and others that got more went into the negative, had it not gone that way you would’ve spammed more, you didn’t understand anything because earlier that day they said “we won’t take away pheons from those who took them, it was a small percentage and we believe they spent them in good faith”.
There is not a single respectable MMO out there that have ongoing dcs, crashes and a non-working auction house for 3 weeks. If any of those issues are around, they get hotfixed within hours, same as they did with pheons, and engraving books.
I didnt get any free pheons. If you read my posts i said that their approach was the most fair given the circumstances. If anything i lost pheons myself.
That’s only because those issues happened for some time and then got fixed. The same thing will happen here as well. They will eventually fix it and all of you will be hapily ever after, and find a different thing to complain.
You do realize that the purpose of the forums is complaints right?
complaints are what drive the game to get better changes and fixes. If everyone stayed quiet or praised the state of the game as is, you won’t see anything get better.
actually being quiet is very bad, because if people are fed up and stopped complaining, this is when they don’t care anymore and will just outright quit to no coming back.
The forums are not only for feedback (not complaints - feedback). You can discuss and talk about others things as well.
My issue isnt not that you guys don’t have valid feedback to give, my issue is how it’s given. The amount of missinformation, lies and delusional posts i’ve seen are triggering me to be honest with you.
You cant call a company racist, when the sole reason why they made the SH model darker is to avoid racist remarks, since it’s coded to transform into a white model by default. That’s one example.
I’ve seen some extremely well made posts and i have applaud everyone who respects, provides actual feedback and helps solve an issue.
Spamming memes and new posts all day shittalking about AGS isn’t solving the issue. That’s my issue.
I Also noticed that Roxx has stoped using her own account to talk in the forums, and instead uses the official news account, which to me is kinda sad. Im starting to think that the toxicity in the forums made all of this.
Yes, blame the community for being upset that they gave us Pheons, told us the Pheons were safe to use, then ONE DAY LATER called us “exploiters” and forced us into Pheon debt.
That they have the nerve to bring down the servers multiple times to delete gifted Pheons when the game is unplayable from frequent disconnects.
Damn us, the customers, for having the nerve to hold our patron accountable when they feed us dogshit and call it a meal. We should just buy the $100 FOMO bundle and be happy. Then maybe Roxx will come back!!
Well if whenever you are upset with a company you trashtalk their employees and you are extremely aggressively then yes, you need to reconsider your behaviour.
I never said that the community should not be upset, all i said is that being upset and giving proper feedback is far better than being upset and trashtalking all day.

I think it’s more of an issue of what this signals.
When 2 companies cannot even fix something as simple as disconnecting… or even reduce the frequency. Hell at least communicate with players about the issue. Work with them to get the info needed to come up with a fix. Things have been pretty damn quiet on this subject outside of the usual copy pastas.
None of that bodes well for the future of this game. I don’t see how anyone can look at this past week and say they are inspired with confidence by the way players have been treated.
It is EXTREMELY abnormal for a gaming company as large as AGS to struggle to maintain its server stability for such an extended period of time. People are well within their rights as customers to complain about it. Especially in the more extreme cases where people are unable to connect period or maintain a connection for more than a few minutes at a time.
Who are you to tell them to “Calm down”?
These forums would not exist if not for the feedback that they pull. There would be no profit in maintaining them.
You do not work for AGS. That is not your concern at all. I can assure you that they are more than capable of discerning feedback as needed. It’s not rocket science.
Take my word man. It’s not worth getting triggered over. I used to defend AGS until I was blue in the face. I spent literal hours every night fighting with people. Nothing on these forums are worth getting triggered over.
