I'm frustrated, I need my Argos Ticket!

Hello!! I’ve raised 3 tickets and contacted support since the Yorn server crash happened a few days ago. When the crash happened my character was running Argos P3.

Please could you take action so that I don’t lose my Argos weekly run?
