Actually, it adds up to being woke af. If AGS āonlyā cared about money we would have numerous āhotā skins in the game already, along with other items in the cash shop. Theyāre trying to control the narrative on what āwe as playersā get access to in our version of LA.
They are a woke company with woke idealsā¦they will slow drip our player base as much as humanly possible. Sexy skins are on the very bottom of their list of things to give to us, I honest think they will only come when player numbers are low and will be used to bring back players.
Definitely nothing coming before summerā¦I was ready to drops hundreds of dollars on skins in LA. I wonāt be giving AGS my money at all nowā¦Iām saving my Royal Crystals from founderās packs from a Destroyer skin that I like. The rest of my alts will just get AH skins, AGS wonāt get a penny from me going forward!

It is all about the retention and engagement metrics.
Even single-player games like e.g. the Ubisoft games want to do that, since they know it increases the chance for people dropping money in the store.
Skins are obviously not nearly as profitable as people dropping 4-5 figures per month into gold exchange.
So, they abuse it as a FOMO mechanic to get people hooked, and donāt want to potentially missing out on that cool skin, which was only available that one month and might not come back for 1-2 years.
Classical F2P/Mobile Game FOMO mechanics.

in a matter of fact i bought founders pack to play summoner, and it was been changed to sorc like 10 days before launch so you want to say something smart now?
