The problem is that even an inexperienced person would have been able to make a better decision or understand that in the current situation it was not a good idea to do a maintenance to remove the items.

I just tried to log in, noticed servers offline. Went to the forums right away to check what’s going on. When I saw the official note I laughed my @ss off. What a joke! They fkd up big time

They can’t also make you go negative on their own mistake. Say a person did use 100 pheons= 800 blues. What is that 25 dollars? They wouldn’t have used it to begin with if they didn’t receive it, it’s your mistake. It’s like giving away free food, when people eat it. You bill them. like even if they were greedy and is bleeding inside for those pheons, they couldve done a sneaky and just remove pheons from future events or login or whatever. it will result very similarly except pulling the pheons back right now just looks soooooo incredibly bad and is exactly how you get people to actively hate you if they arent already
