I belive they wouldn’t have done the mainteneance if this was not so hardly broken. I’ve read od Reddit that if you created a new char you’ve received the reward again, and again, and again…this was so hardly broken that some people managed to get hundreds of pheons just from this mail alone. This is what made them do the maintenance.

I can confirm that the email did not go out to newly created characters. I sat right here and watched someone do it just to verify whether or not that would work. It didn’t.

Can confirm as well, since I checked my 2 lvl 1 reaper awaiting characters in Trixion. No pheons. If you go out of trixion and get to prideholme, thats a 24hr waiting time to delete a character.
