As a person who actually gears their alts I can say that 10 pheons/char isn’t some huge sum. If it was 50 or 100 pheons per char, sure AWS, you can go crazy and turn off the servers to fix it. I’ve already purchased 100 packs of pheons from the store gearing up chars and I just thought it was a nice thing from AWS to say “hey you play multiple chars, so each should need some pheons for the upcoming change, here’s a nice gift”.
It’s pretty sad to see that this is the response to what could have been a nice gift and goodwill to the player base.

I’m seriously considering to quit this game. It’s great but recent server crashes, DCs and extending the maintenances … If you are going to shut down server for certain time just say 6h not extend it every 2 hours to make people disappointed every time they check the servers status and willing to play… That’s really annoying.

Thats some copium. They obviously doing their best to remove all the free pheons. They just really incompetent and can’t find a way to remove the pheons without destroying the game more. Maybe try hire some smart people with proper training, experience and correct skillset.
