I can’t hear the game sound even with the sound box active when minimized on

Is there any way possible you can explain what happening with more details and if you can add a screenshot of your LA sound settings will be helpful as well.

When I press for example the windows window or minimize the game, it is muted I can’t hear the game in the background

I have the same problem, also activated the “Sound in Background” but when i klick on Desk oder minimize the game, all sounds are muted. I´ve give it a try to reset all settings and also the repair function from steam doesn´t change anything

I’ve also done the basic steps, but they ignore all my doubts, the way is to play with the game’s defects and adapt to them
But I don’t understand this error…I only got the error after a complete reinstall…before that I had no problems…
It worked again after update
Is there now something to fix it ?
try downloading DirectX End-User Runtime. It fixed my issue.
