There’s a lot of games where everyone’s equal from the start like League or Valorant. If you’re really into rpgs you can go find console games too. A f2p (as in non pay to play) mmorpg just doesn’t seem like it’s for you if you want equal grounds for everyone.

Why is it bad wanting to caught up ? is wanting the content we missing bad ? is wanting to play the released content bad ? is trying to make a general improvement in the game bad? If the case that they release the things we are missing because we are complaining abt arent you gonna do the content ? arent u gonna play the content? “Why” we want to caught up you ask? Why not ? is what i should ask you then.
I am new to the game and I just followed the storyline, did the quests and all the side quests I could find. I am now level 50 and only tier 1.
My gear score is only 320 and I cannot continue with the storyline as you need to be a gear score of 400… (something like that… I’m a newb)
I am finding it difficult to level up my gear score, Im doing Chaos Dungeons… I think that is all I can do… plus going around doing Una’s dailies and weeklies… Checking out islands too.
Just how am I supposed to get my gear score up?

I took my time getting to level 50. I wanted to enjoy the game, and researching the game would have spoiled the experience.
But now I am stuck at a gear score of 320.
I am playing ftp mostly… just the Crystaline Aura
dude what are u on about obviously people want to be caught up with latest content but whales will always farther ahead whether u like it or not and people be acting like this isn’t the case with most mmos yall weird

I dont care if they’re ahead. as long as f2p can reach the minimum ilvl to access. Argos is 1370. Whales can be 1450 ilvl. but they both have access to the same content.
i agree thats why the easier honing should’ve been implemented before argos release
People think argos is going to change their lives. Its not. Its nothing to be excited about. Its literally another weekly boss you can do that will get boring real quick. Then you do nothing for 1month + again.

LoL doesnt have anything to go off. Lost Ark is 3 years old in Korea and is a tried and true success. NONE of this would’ve happened if they just stuck to it.
Its okay bro grind for the next 2-4 months 16hours a day. you will get argos and the coming content soon trust. Its okay to dont improve the game in a way that every player can enjoy it better. I agree with you its actually better to have a paywall in front of us you’re right. Its okay to have traumas with every mmo and their bad managment thats why a lot of people keep playing those mmo. I completly agree with you bro just let it be like every other mmo that died or keep dying whats the problem we just move to a new one until they do the same mistake

Hey @Shadow_Fox remember how I mentioned that you guys were trying to balance the game around 3 different classes of players?
This is another victim of the game’s poor UI who didn’t know about the island quests.
To the poster, @Destiny1 I understand you didn’t want to have guides spoil the game for you, but in this case there’s no option. There are a sequence of island quests that you want to do in a certain order, which will give you materials to quickly get through tier 1 (and there are quests for tier 2 as well).
Please, read this guide for the benefit of your play experience, and then go back to trying things out, it will help you with your gear block.
