I used my Super Express Mission on my Shadowhunter and have been doing the T2 Tower for mats.
Since here it’s alright, but after idk, maybe floor 35 I logged off. After some hours I logged back in and entered the Tower again, I had a feeling of Dejavu, like, I swear I did this floor today, I started at Floor 24 again but didn’t realize, but anyway, went going.
After maybe floor 30 I left the Tower to switch characters, and when I came back I was at Floor 24 again and didn’t recieve any rewards of all the floors I did.

You can see here that I collected the rewards of clearing floor 25.
But here you can see that the floor 25 is locked as if I never did the floor 24.

I understand that the game is not registering your progress towards the T2 Tower from floor 24 upwards. This is very opdd situation and shouldn’t be happenning, as this could be harmful towards your gaming experience.
As a general troubleshooting, I would recommend that you try Verifying the game’s file system. In order to to that, go to your Steam Library and Right Click on the Lost Ark Title > Properties > Go to the Local Files Section > Then run the “Verify integrity of game files” check.
