Stuck on loading screen after using powerpass

I am stuck on a loading screen on all my characters. This problem occurred after the update on March 10th. I used powerpass on my second character and after doing the prologue I got stuck on the loading screen of the glorious wall. I tried rebooting and verifying the game on steam but it did nothing. I tried to load into my main character but now it’s also stuck on a loading screen. Please fix this bug.
