Hi, with the limit of 100 reports, i cannot block new bots harassement in the chat, can you help and make an option where report (with a category gold seller) add them to an auto block list with no limitation instead of normal player ban list ?
In the interim, you can remove old blocked accounts from within the friend’s menu in-game. The vast majority of the bot accounts are disregarded within hours.
It’s not an elegant solution, but at least it frees your character to block new accounts until a more permanent solution is available.
I’ve made it a habit when I log on for the day to clear the entire list, since there’s no mass clear button.
