Impossible to play

So basically i can play for 1h before 15:00 pm then i get “disconnected” randomly.
It’s been 3 days i have 25h but 20 of those hours are because of this error and queue times , i have my crystaline aura activated for nothing basically. Just give one new because this is ridiculous.
