This is a list of improvements that the players , not devs, can do, to make raids better for everyone.
Valtan:
Highest stagger is irrelevant to be exactly and adamantly first orb. First 3 orbs should be taken in the first second, since nr.1 guy stays right on the orb, 2 takes instant and 3 after. So if the highest stagger 4 people are on the right at 1234, that’s all you need. Stop fighting for minutes that the destroyer is 2 and not 1.
When the wolf teleports, does a slow claw, it will always wait 2 seconds and do a spin. Always. Stop walking into it mother of god
Stop dashing without baltor in front of everyone on 15 bar ghost transition. Don’t be George Costanza trying to get out of a fire.
Vykas:
Some people do 11oclock orb in reverse so they don’t get stuck in the wall, don’t throw a fit that the guy is coming to your 13 o clock pos, he’s not.
Please stop calling positions while people get their loot so they have to scroll through 20 lines of pickups to find out what position is left.
Please stop pinging in the mountains at Vykas G2 start. Please!!!
Please stop doing wei instead of nine to stagger in g2 gates when your party is on ilvl, you won’t do enough damage to match nine.
Please stop doing wei frogs in an ilvl pug party in g3 when it takes 3 minutes to push from 80 to 55 and half the party gets charmed.
Clown:
Some people go up on m4 maiden taking the lower path because they’re used to it. Don’t throw a fit, panic and jump in the saws or try to go up yourself if the guy called up and took the down path.

Brel:
Please stop desperately pinging to hold dps to wait for blues when the map already respawned. You can push directly to yellow you don’t have to follow maxroll chart exactly you know?
Please learn to look at the floor and don’t drop meteor on glowing platform. You’re intentionally standing there knowing you’ll break it and you still don’t leave. Wat.
12 stack guy(support) in g5, your stagger is amplified because of the stacks, please remember that and don’t run arround relying on the 2 dps to stagger your cube, your 1 skill will do more than half of what everyone else is doing.
Please stop with the emote spam chat spam whatever spam for stagger mech in g5. You have two halves over brel’s head to show you exactly when you need to stagger, why do you need emote spam wtf.
This is less a list of improvements and more a quick guide common gotcha’s during the raids.
In G4 the Square/Diamond in the middle does not need to run out. Just the 3 diamonds along the outside need to stay out so stop spam pinging the dude with Sq/Dia standing in the middle.
even at ilvl this push should never take this long. stop accepting people that are in a coma
calling top or bottom is retarded to begin with. if both players take the same path, first one there should always do the lever associated with that path
holy shit this so much. the amount of pugs l see that get overwhelmed when 5/7 → yellow is an option and opt for holding for an additional minute to get triple blues out is absurd.
you don’t. l’ve been 2nd person there before and you just walk by it if they’re doing it already. if top/bottom is assigned and 2nd gets hooked, the typing person has to backtrack, type, and solo stagger.
1st person types gives you an extra 1.5-2s of time to solo the mech since theres no wasted pathing to go all the way back to the lever you already walked past
well if im pugging i just adjust to them if they want to drop the 567 first then let it be, id rather wait 20 seconds extra than having to restart because they panic after getting blues on north twice and kill a tile
yeah l’d rather just find another group. l play this game strictly for the dps since the core raid mechanics are designed in a way that an infant can clear them, theres zero value to me in playing the “safer” route.
basically if its less dps, l’d rather not clear at this point
So essentially a guide to have less fun, let me add a no fun line. Stop making 12 different characters. playing them for a few minutes a day or a week. Have no understanding of running it in raids but joining one anyways increasing guardians and raid times exponentially. But what’s the fun in that right? Just let people do w.e they want, other than afking. That is the only no I have.
