The servers did not go down on time, and no countdown warning whatsoever, so I thought maybe I was wrong about the maintenance time, and went ahead with zoning in to a Chaos Gate. Minutes later the server goes down afterall.

I understand how frustrating can be to get disconnected. Currently, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, due to this we are not able to give you the rewards. Our team is aware of this and they are working hard on solving it. I apologize for the inconvenience. If there is any update about this matter I’ll be letting you know.
