Just a tought, instead of reducing the quantity of items u can buy at the vendor why not add a resctriction like roster lvl 50-60 to buy things form t3 chaos vendor, same with the AH (not market), and maybe with mailing gold too
bots are never over 20-30 roster lvl so i figured this could work
