Infinite Loading Screen - Galatur, NA East

Anyone else experiencing a loading screen that stops at ~70%? I do frequently, which has started getting at least a bit frustratingā€¦

Location: Numerous places at random. Vern Castle, Luterra Castle, Lullaby Island, Great Keep, and even my stronghold.
Server: Galatur
World: NA East
