Infinitely stuck in loading screen

Been doing the quest line of changhun arena.
I’m trying to load in the fight after the kungfu guy (before the kungfu i had to fight the invisible bird).
So I tried to load in to the arena to fight my next opponent and I’m just stuck in loading screen.
Have relogged twice and I’m still stuck in loading screen.

If someone knows any fix i would love to know

Server: Kadan

some fixes that worked for people:

  • Logging in with an alt and then back to my main solved it for me
  • It’s fixed for me! After restarting my pc and trying to log in countless times I actually loaded in.
  • After around 10 minutes of waiting some people are able to log back in.

I understand the situation and this is something I wouldn’t want anyone to have, In this case since you already rebooted twice I would recommend that you contact our Live Customer Support so they can make a Ticket to the developers about this issue. Here is the link Contact Us | Amazon Games .

Also I will be moving this post to Bug reports just to show more visibility to the team and also will be reporting this to the team personally so there is even more visibility about this issue.

If anyone has any clues about what might cause this, please let me know as soon as possible.

Same here, it seems like I CAN hear people playing on the background but my loading screen is on my screen at about 70%. I’ve been playing just fine until this moment.

Same issue, progress bar gets stuck at about 70% and hangs. Can hear background ambient sound of the area. Alt character loads in just fine however.

Can’t load into Luterra Castle - Kadan

Strangely enough I can hear players running around even though Im not loaded in.
